Öğrencinin Akademik Başarısında Öğretmenin Etkisine Yönelik Bir İnceleme

Bu çalışma, öğretmenlerin öğrenme motivasyonunu artırma ve akademik başarıyı teşvik etme kapasitesini araştırmaktadır. Çalışma, öğretmen eğitiminin sürekli iyileştirilmesinin ve desteklenmesinin, eğitim sistemlerinde kalitenin nasıl artırılabileceğini göstermeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu bağlamda, öğretmen ve öğrenci etkileşimlerinin, öğrencilerin öğrenme süreçlerine ve genel okul deneyimlerine nasıl katkıda bulunduğunu anlamak, eğitim politikalarını şekillendirme ve uygulama konusunda bilgilendirici olacaktır.
YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin öğrenme motivasyonu ve akademik başarı üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman tarama modelini kullanmaktadır. Araştırma sürecinde, öğretmen-öğrenci etkileşimleri ile ilgili mevcut literatür derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, özellikle eğitim politikaları, öğretmen eğitim programları, öğretmen ve öğrenci arasındaki etkileşimler üzerine odaklanılmış olan akademik makaleler, tezler ve eğitim raporları temel alınmıştır.
ÇALIŞMANIN KISITLILIKLARI: Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir ve özellikle doküman tarama modeli ile sınırlıdır. Bu nedenle, elde edilen bulgular yalnızca incelenen literatüre dayanmakta olup, geniş çaplı deneysel veya niceliksel veri analizi içermemektedir.
BULGULAR: Yüksek kaliteli öğretmen eğitimi alan öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin öğrenme motivasyonunu ve akademik performansını önemli ölçüde artırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Güçlü öğretmen-öğrenci ilişkilerinin, öğrencilerin akademik motivasyonunu ve okul içindeki genel mutluluğunu artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin duyarlı, anlayışlı ve destekleyici tutumları, öğrencilerin öğrenme süreçlerine daha aktif katılmasını sağlamaktadır. Öğretmenler tarafından sağlanan duygusal ve sosyal destek, öğrencilerin zorluklarla başa çıkma becerilerini güçlendirirken, akademik stres seviyelerini azaltmaktadır.
TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Bulgular, öğretmenlerin eğitimi ve öğretim yöntemlerinin, öğrencilerin eğitim süreçlerindeki başarısı üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma, öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişiminin, öğrenci başarısı üzerinde doğrudan bir etkisi olduğunu ve eğitim kalitesini artırmak için kritik bir faktör olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, eğitim politikaları ve uygulamaları, öğretmenlerin sürekli eğitim ve gelişimini destekleyecek şekilde düzenlenmelidir.
Teacher's Effect on Student's Academic Success

This study investigates the capacity of teachers to enhance learning motivation and promote academic success. The study aims to demonstrate how the continuous improvement and support of teacher education can enhance the quality of educational systems. In this context, understanding how teacher-student interactions contribute to students' learning processes and overall school experience will inform the shaping and implementation of educational policies.
METHODS: This research utilizes the document analysis model from qualitative research methodologies to examine the impact of teachers on learning motivation and academic achievement. During the research process, the existing literature on teacher-student interactions was thoroughly reviewed. The study specifically focused on academic articles, theses, and educational reports that concentrate on educational policies, teacher training programs, and interactions between teachers and students.
LIMITATIONS of the STUDY: The study was conducted using qualitative research methodologies and was specifically limited to the document analysis model. Therefore, the findings are based solely on the reviewed literature and do not include extensive experimental or quantitative data analysis.
RESULTS: It has been found that teachers who receive high-quality teacher training significantly enhance students' learning motivation and academic performance. The use of diversified teaching methods has been observed to increase students' interest and participation in class. Active learning methods and the integration of technology are among the factors that positively affect student success. Emotional and social support provided by teachers strengthens students' abilities to cope with challenges while reducing their levels of academic stress.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: The findings demonstrate that the education of teachers and their teaching methods have a significant impact on students' success in their educational processes. The research highlights that the professional development of teachers has a direct effect on student success and is a critical factor in enhancing the quality of education. Consequently, educational policies and practices should be organized to support the continuous education and development of teachers.
