3. Entrepreneurship Characteristics of Visually Impaired Individuals

INTRODUCTION: Visually impaired individuals can make significant contributions to both themselves and society through entrepreneurship. In this study, it was aimed to make a compilation study by examining the sources in the literature regarding the entrepreneurial characteristics of visually impaired individuals.
METHODS: This study is a compilation study. Entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial characteristics of visually impaired people have been compiled appropriately and new perspectives have been created.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: As a result, a strong relationship can be established between visually impaired individuals and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has an important place in the lives of visually impaired individuals. It provides them with economic independence, social participation and personal satisfaction. It also contributes to making society more inclusive and fair. The successes of visually impaired individuals in the field of entrepreneurship increase social awareness and become a source of inspiration for other disabled individuals.

4. Teacher's Effect on Student's Academic Success

INTRODUCTION: The role of teachers in educational processes has a significant impact on both the academic and personal development of students. This study investigates the capacity of teachers to enhance learning motivation and promote academic success. The study aims to demonstrate how the continuous improvement and support of teacher education can enhance the quality of educational systems. In this context, understanding how teacher-student interactions contribute to students' learning processes and overall school experience will inform the shaping and implementation of educational policies.
METHODS: This research utilizes the document analysis model from qualitative research methodologies to examine the impact of teachers on learning motivation and academic achievement. During the research process, the existing literature on teacher-student interactions was thoroughly reviewed. The study specifically focused on academic articles, theses, and educational reports that concentrate on educational policies, teacher training programs, and interactions between teachers and students.
LIMITATIONS of the STUDY: The study was conducted using qualitative research methodologies and was specifically limited to the document analysis model. Therefore, the findings are based solely on the reviewed literature and do not include extensive experimental or quantitative data analysis.
RESULTS: It has been found that teachers who receive high-quality teacher training significantly enhance students' learning motivation and academic performance. The use of diversified teaching methods has been observed to increase students' interest and participation in class. Active learning methods and the integration of technology are among the factors that positively affect student success. Emotional and social support provided by teachers strengthens students' abilities to cope with challenges while reducing their levels of academic stress.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: The findings demonstrate that the education of teachers and their teaching methods have a significant impact on students' success in their educational processes. The research highlights that the professional development of teachers has a direct effect on student success and is a critical factor in enhancing the quality of education. Consequently, educational policies and practices should be organized to support the continuous education and development of teachers.
