3. Problems Encountered by Administrators and Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools with Transported Education

INTRODUCTION: To examine the opinions of administrators and teachers about the problems faced by administrators and teachers in primary and secondary schools where bussed education is provided.
METHODS: Case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used.
RESULTS: Out-of-school activities are not possible due to the lack of hygiene conditions, insufficient dining hall, inadequate heating system and late shuttle services, difficult to control children at lunch breaks, shuttle busses not arriving on time and in a hurry, no help other than the driver in the bus, the cafeteria being small, the school being bussed. Results such as not being able to do it, the class sizes sometimes exceeding the class capacity, and the personnel problem have been obtained.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: According to the results of the research, since the desired qualifications in the dimensions of service, food, education-training and school-family relations cannot be achieved, increasing the possibilities and inspections for the development of services in these dimensions, training, periodic inspection of service drivers and vehicles by traffic teams, transportation, reducing the workload of central schools or It was concluded that sufficient personnel should be appointed.
